Extract into your Texture Folder. Many things upgraded to 2048 up from 512.
UPDATE 0.5.5 : Fixed the CRAZY glare issue, and tweaked more files....
a WIP i'm doing for Riften.. prolly all the cities eventually.
i tried to keep the look/feel of the old textures as best i could while uping the resolution.
deff some give/take.
