I\'ve seen a few mods that help remove some of the enchantment restrictions, but they didn\'t work quite the way I wanted. This is my take on it.

I've seen a few mods that help remove some of the enchantment restrictions, but they didn't work quite the way I wanted. This is my take on it.
This removes most of the restrictions for enchanting, allowing you more options; currently:
Enchant ANY (vanilla) armor/clothing item with ANY (vanilla) "on self" enchantment. Enchant ANY (vanilla) weapon with ANY (vanilla) "on contact" enchantment. Disenchant ANY (vanilla) Armour/Clothing, and Weapons. This includes unique items and artifacts.* **
*Some enchantments may break when disenchanting, and the effects may not work upon re-enchantment. **Some items (Wuuthrad for example) don't actually have enchantments, but papyrus scripts attached to them. Those items cannot be disenchanted.
I'm currently working on balancing some of the enchantments that don't scale. For example the enchantments from the amulets of the divines do not scale, and as such you can make fortify shouts %20 at level one with petty souls. I'm currently looking into a way to make these enchantments leveled, and that should be the next update.
This shouldn't have to be at the bottom of your load order, but it should at least be below Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, and Dragonborn.esm
