No DLCs required; Enjoy!

This is just a little mod I put together in between my Fort Projects.
(Go Check out Fort Winstad and Fort Heljarchen if you haven\'t yet!)

+Grand Entrance/Foyer, with Several means of Displaying your finest wares found throughout Skyrim.
+3 Bedrooms
+Dining Hall & Kitchen
+Pub
+Housecarl to Patrol and Monitor your new, highly sought after Property.
+Dynamic Interior Lighting that adjusts to the time of day.

-Rooftop Patio with Access to Indoors via Second Floor

-Outdoor Smithing Shop with Storage Chest and Supplies

-Lookout Perch

-Waterfall (if you place it juuust right, you can jump off and survive)

-Exterior Lighting to find your way around in the Dark

Known Bugs:

-Mannequins might walk around. This is a known Bug within Skyrim. Pretty sure Bethesda is working on a fix.(They\'ve only walked around once for me, and I just left the house and came back in and its been fine ever since.)

-Might be a piece of cheese on the floor in the Dining Hall. Trying to find where its coming from.

-Shield-mount above the Dagger Display Cases might place your shield at the wrong angle. Working on this.

FAQ

Q:Where is it?!

A: Location Map provided. Near Crabbers Shanty and Orotheim Cave.
Fast Travel also available right off the bat for those that don\'t want to bother with the trek. I personally love the walk up to Fallingwater.
