added the ability to make blood potions to sate your thirst as a vampire.

craft blood potions at a cooking station. i, myself, thought this
more appropriate than using an alchemy station.
it requires 2 venison, and 1 salt pile. giving it that extra salty
goodness!
any feedback on bugs and conflicts will be looked into and fixed,
however i have been playing with it since dawngaurd and noticed
no compatibility issues.
