This mod reduces the cooldown for the Whirlwind Sprint dragon shout to 1 seconds, for all three words of the shout. So you can spam Whirlwind Sprint and don't need to use horses or run anymore.

I improved the mod so there is no more blurring while charging, and I removed images that came with the original mod.

But it was weird for me that I couldn't find it on this site, so I uploaded it here.
I find it very useful that whirlwind sprint's recharge is almost nothing, since the Dragonborn is a medieval superman, breaths fire and kills dragons, he should be able to run like the Flash or something.

Works well with Whirlwind Sprint with Force.

How to install:
Just extract the zip directly into the Skyrim directory, or use NMM.
