Captain Stormcloud is a follower (no quests to get her), she wears Blades armor and weapon, she sits by the Priest / Talos shrine by the stairs that go to the Keep in Whiterun

> In Whiterun sitting by the Priest / Talos Shrine by the stairs that go towards the Keep
> Warrior - Blades armour and weapon
> Don't need quest for her to follow you
> Is essential (cannot die)
> She is marriageable
Please comment on what you think and how I can improve Captain Stormcloud as a better follower!
