Hello guys,

I was messing around with Creation Kit, figuring out the item statistics and all. I've only decided to make an amulet. I've put in simple description about the item. (Yes, it's called Aetherian wind, I know it sounds dumb, but whatever.) Don't expect any further updates. This is once-only kind of thing. I'm using it with the modded harder difficulties. There's 50% and 25% version of this mod. Not compatible as they use same item IDs. - Haven't touched on carry weight though.

Update: Well, I can take requests. Just nothing too complicated as I'm new to CK and still reading through tutorials. I need some practice after all. Otherwise, the method to get the amulet will not change. Even in the lesser powered variants, and even when I take requests by users of this mod in modifying the amulet, the method to get the amulet by smithing (with no requirements at all) will not change, as it will still remain a cheating mod. For those of you that want lesser powered amulet, still relatively easy to get, consider it... a less cheaty, but more of a help mod or something.

You can make one in the forge, without needing any skills, perks, or items. The status of the amulet are as follows:
- 100% Fortify all spells (So you can cast spells without using up your magicka pool)
- 100% Fortify Shout Recovery (So you can keep using Shouts without cool down)
- 100% Fortify Resist Disease and Poison
- Waterbreathing
- Fortify Carry Weight 7901259 (No risk of being over encumbered)

That's about it. No readme required. This way, you don't have to use console commands.
