DESCRIPTION

Lush Grass

Lush Grass enhances the worlds foliage by making it look fuller and more lush.
Skyrim now looks more dense and wild looking with this small, but effective mod.
As always with my mods you will experience hardly any/no performance loss and it
is compatible with all texture mods that replace the worlds foliage. This mod is
also compatible with any other .esp grass mod.

How does this differ to other grass mods?

The mod is edited in a 3D program and doesn't use a .esp. This is great for when you don't have
enough room left and your slots are running out. It can also be used in combination with a .esp
mod to make it even lusher. I have written an article on how to do this next to the files tab.

Lush Trees

Lush Trees 1.6+ now adds fully custom pine trees to the world by adding new branches, fronds, styles,
shapes, bark, leaves, caps and much more. This will make the game look vastly different and unique
like it should have been, but also is great if you are the type of person who loves
taking screenshots. The trees have their own generated LOD so you can see them from a distance.
The mod should be compatible with all texture mods.

Lush Trees is totally optional and you have a choice of new and vanilla. Vanilla will make the old
trees lush and the new ones are well... New!

How does this differ to other tree mods?

That's a good question. Lush Trees was the first attempt at editing the default trees. There were
a lot of headaches back then because I couldn't even see the tree mesh (now you can). In the
current version, Lush Trees is edited in a 3D program and the trees are custom which means you
won't see them in any other mods.

Is this compatible with SFO?

Yes, but you need to use the basic version of SFO. Make sure that you install this mod over SFO.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO IMPROVE FPS

To disable shadows on grass you will need the 1.6+ Skyrim update! This will help a lot with any FPS loss when in grassy areas.

A line has been added to the Skyrimprefs.ini under [DISPLAY] that allows you to turn it off:

bShadowsOnGrass=1

Please change the "1" to "0" so it gets disabled. Make sure you delete all old INI files and load the game up to generate a new one if you can't see it.
It's always a good idea to generate a new one after each patch anyway. If you don't know where the INI files are located just do a quick internet search.
If you have also refreshed your .ini and still can't see it then just add it.

MANUAL INSTALL

Find where your TESV.exe is located at Program Files (x86) / Steam / SteamApps / common / skyrim and in
this folder is a folder called "Data". Drag my Meshes folder from "10 - Grass" or Textures and Meshes folder in "20 - Trees" from this mod into there and MERGE it (if it asks). Done!
Uninstall is the same, but just delete the files you installed. If you can't remember what you installed
just re-download the mod and look at the file structure!
