In order to change the way Skyrim starts, you first have to edit the Skyrim.ini file, which can be found in your C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim folder.
1) Open your Skyrim.ini file and add one of the following line under the [General] tab:
For a bandit character add: SStartingCell=WhiteRiverWatch01 or SStartingCell=LostKnifeHideout01
For a necromancer character add: SStartingCell=FellglowKeep02
For a knight of the Silver Hand add: SStartingCell=GallowsRock01
2) Now copy the included batch files from this download into your Skyrim folder (where the TESV.exe is located).
3) Start your game. Instead of the menu, the game will start directly in the location that you specified in the .ini-file.
4) Open the console with the tilde-key (the key above tab).
5) Type one of the following codes in the console (you might have to hit backspace once, otherwise the first entered key is missing):
For a bandit character type: bat bandit
For a necromancer character type: bat necromancer
For a knight of the Silver Hand type: bat silverhand
6) Hit the tilde-key again to close the console and create your character!
