Hello everybody! This small mod adds a free house shaped like a windmill to Rorikstead.

I really like Rorikstead, and I had been thinking about making a windmill-shaped house for a while, so I decided to give it a try. The inside is quite spartan, although it does have a couple of bookshelves, smithing amenities, and both enchanting and alchemy stations.

And, of course, this being a rural town, the house has crops outside, some livestock, and a couple of chicken nests.

The place is free, and fully navmeshed for your companions or spouse. Have fun!

3/31: Added a couple of extra cupboards for storage.
3/30: Removed silly-looking cow and corrected light sources.

I originally made this mod for the Steam Workshop. Link here. To install, place the files in your 'Steam/SteamApps/Common/Skyrim/Data' folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or use your mod manager of choice to install the mod automatically. Have fun!
