This is my new house with beautiful paintings and a cozy sleep room with wonderful views to Whiterun! The entrance is located directly across from breezehome.

a Forge
a Workbench
a Grindstone
a Tanning Rack
an Alchemy Table
an Enchanting Table
a Smelter
three NPCs
a small Alchemy Garden and more but see for yourself

I replaced the texture of the images with others! Hope you enjoy it, have fun!
If you do not like a picture, you can delete it with this console Command: "" disable ""
Install MAIN
Drag and drop all into your Skyrim Data Folder!
Install UPDATE = added five Mannequins
Drag and drop it into your Skyrim Data Folder!
Replace it with the existing file.
