This mod at the moment features one race, which is called the humacat.
I plan in the future to add or 4 more races to go with this mod, so hang tight and bare with me.

-Put the mixedraceshumacat.esp and arjiit file into your data folder located in your skyrim directory
---------------------------------------------UNINSTALLATION-----------------------------------------------------------delete the mixedraceshumacat and arjiit esp files

2/27/13-Added Arjiit races(NOTE: armor not showing up on him is not a bug i have different pieces of each race on him so I couldn't set an armor race, BUT you will still have protection if you where the armors and you will still have the enchantments on the armors)
