Vadim Magija is a mage who lives at the Winter Hold collage.
You can find him in the Archmage's chambers.
He will level up with you, won't affect sneaking, cannot die, and you can marry him if you wish.
His spells include- Fireball, Thunder bolt, Lighting cloak, Icy Spear, Bound Sword, Steadfast Ward, Iron Flesh, and will heal himself. He also has the shout ability of Ice Form, and Storm Call
