Larcener's Lair is an atmospheric, thieves guild themed player home located within the Ratways of Riften. It's midsized and has every commodity a thief could possibly need. A picture is worth a thousand words, so check out the images if you're curious.
This damp sewer home has two entrances - one in the Ratway, and another secret entrance conveniently located in a corner near Black-Briar Manor. It requires a key to enter, which can be found on Mercer Frey's desk in the thieves guild headquarters, "Ragged Flagon - Cistern."
