Unpack in the skyrim folder and accept when it asks you to overwrite the data folder.

I dident like the look of the Daedric armor, but i still wanted some heavy looking armor on my character so i swaped it out to the Ebony armor.
Its a simple file swap to make the Daedric armor look like the Ebony armor. Sheilds and weapons are unaffected.
It should work for both female and male characters, though i have only tested male.
This is my first time fiddleing TES files so let me know if there is something i missed or if something is not working right.
