Lydia is my favourite vanilla companion so I naturally want her to be with me, be my companion. Though, while traveling or battling through the land of Skyrim, sometimes she may die. It makes me mad when my Lydia dies and I have to use console commands to bring her back to fighting on my side. This mod makes her essential so she cannot die. This doesn't change anything about her other than the fact that she is essential, so it will work with any other mods you may have for her.
