I havnt played this game for ages but then Dragonborn come out and I'v made a save that maybe useful for those starting over.
This save is level 80 and about to become level 81 once you go to level up.
No Perk Points were used in this save BUT Health and Magicka are at 400 and Stamina 300.
The character is a Nord named Liquid Snake, but I'm sure u'd wanna use sumthing like ShowRaceMenu Alternative to set up your own Character:D
This save lands you sitting beneath the gildergleam facing the talos shrine in whiterun... you have the Dragonstone for Farengar, and pretty much nothing else has been done but a few small whiterun quests.
There's a small house mod too if you wanna use it, it's a pretty sweet pad:D not far from riverwood.
