Ever wonder why the Thalmor were so determined to learn the secrets of Stalhrim?
This mod is why.
In this mod, various effects are added to Stalhrim weapons and armor to give them a more enchanted feel.
Please understand that I did not make this mod to make the player incredibly overpowered, merely, to add a new dynamic to using Stalhrim items.

In all honesty I didn't expect the update to take this long.
But unfortunately it's not done yet.
I'm gonna pull a Blizzard and say it'll be ready when it's ready.
Just know it won't be half-assed.

-----------------
Requires: Dragonborn

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for the set bonus to work, the player MUST unequip and reequip one of the set items after loading version 1.30 for the first time.
After SAVING, all loads after from this save and future saves should work fine.
Remember to always keep a "clean" save.
-----------------

Note that the video doesn't look so smooth because of the loss of FPS while running Fraps.
I go down from 50 to 15.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Adds an enchantment bonus of 10% to all enchantments placed on a Stalhrim items along with the original 25% bonus for frost enchantments.
The bonuses do not stack on eachother.

Bashing with a Stalhrim Shield now chills the target, then if the target is chilled and staggered, the bash will freeze the target in place for 2 seconds.
Does not count as an enchantment.

Stalhrim arrows will chill the target, then if the target is chilled and staggered, the arrow will freeze the target for 2 seconds.

Attacking chilled targets with a Stalhrim weapon now does extra damage, and even more damage when the target is frozen.
Total bonus damage is equal to half of what silver weapons do while versing undead and werewolves.

-------------------Set Bonus-------------------
Wearing a full set of Heavy or Light Stalhrim Armor now provides a unique set bonus, "Stalhrim Resilience."
Set (3):
- 30% Frost Resistance (Doesn't stack on top of Set (4) resist bonus.)
Set (4):
- 40% Frost Resistance
- 10% Health and Stamina Regeneration
- 10% Spell Absorption
- All Maker's Grace: Once a day, when the wearer is down to 25% of their total health, the armor comes alive and Stalhrim quickly forms, healing the wearer for 375 points over 5 seconds.
Lore: All heroes (or villains) who've worn Stalhrim armor have lived long unnatural lives. Only they know of Stalhrim's real powers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for the set bonus to work, the player MUST unequip and reequip one of the set items after loading version 1.30 for the first time.
After SAVING, all loads after from this save and future saves should work fine.
Remember to always keep a "clean" save.
--------------------------------------------------

Stalhrim boots and cloth boots can now be enchanted with Waterwalking.
Disenchantable boots can be bought from Garyn Ienth and Neloth.
Lore: The Stalhrim on the boots helps freeze the water. Other armored boot's weight counter-acts the enchantment making it null and void.

Stalhrim helmets can now be enchanted with Fortify Heavy Armor, and Fortify Light Armor.

The Frost Resist enchantment is now available on all pieces of Stalhrim armor.
