Description
Adds a perk in the destruction tree that allows the caster to ignore magic resistances. Only racial resistances are ignored, resistances from armors/clothes enchantments are not ignored. Immune opponents are not affected (Atronarchs, Dwarven Automatons...).

Why have I created this mod?
Frost spells suck. To fix this problem I have given the player the oportunity to ignore resistances. For example, you can now ignore nords and draugrs frost resists (nords and draugrs are 90% of the enemies).

Affected enemies:
- Nord (50% frost resist)
- Breton (25% magic resist)
- Dark elf (50% fire resist)
- Draugr (50% frost resist)
- Giant (33% frost resist)
- Mammoth (33% frost resist)
- Snow fox (50% frost resist)
- Ice wolf (50% frost resist)
- Frost troll (33% frost resist)
- Goat (50% frost resist)
- Snowy sabre cat (50% frost resist)
- Snow Bear (50% frost resist)

Note: vampires are not affected. Sorry about that, but it's more complex due to the different stages. Also, resists change depending on if you have installed Dawnguard or not.

Compatible mods:
All mods that do not change enemies resistances. Compatible with balanced magic, better magic...

Changelog
v1.2.1 - The .esp was connected to the dawnguard master file by accident. Fixed.
v1.2 - More enemies affected by the perk: snow fox, ice wolf, frost troll, goat, snowy sabre cat and snow bear
v1.1 - Reduced destruction level requirement from 40 to 30 in order to make frost spells viable earlier.
v1.0 - Initial release.
