This opens a small shop in Raven Rock. The owners appear to be kids. "The Breton Kids" is actually a group of long lived people who stress stealth & Magic. They appear to be kids, but some are over 1000 years old. They pretend to be kids, and act as spies, assassins, mages, and information gatherers, when they aren't stressing other interests.

There are 3 vendors. They have a good amount of gold as well,

The items here match basic items from Skyrim & Dragonborn.
