Place the text files in your Skyrim directory, NOT in Data. Ingame, open the console with ~, then enter

bat "filename.txt"

substituting the name of the batch file for filename. Include the quotes, and the .txt extension.

Instahack: Runs stats, perks, spells, and shouts. Your crafting skills with be set to 500, your other skills be set to 200, you will get 1000 health, magicka, and stamina, have no shout cooldown, have a carry weight of 1000, be taught all the best spells, get all the vanilla perks, and have nearly every shout taught and unlocked.
ench: Adds low-level enchanted items for you to disenchant and learn the effects of.
ingred: Adds all the vanilla ingredients so you can eat them and learn their effects, too.
food!: Tomatoes, leeks, etc. and salt. Great for people with necessities mods, so they can cook.
gems: 10 of each empty soul gem.
filled: Filled black soul gems, for enchanting.
smith: Gives you hundreds of various items used for crafting.
unsmith: Like smith, but removes the items instead.
ammo steel: New in 1.1. When entered, gives you 100 free steel arrows on the spot.
