The mod creates a new room accessible from the lower level of Severin Manor immediatlt to the left after going down the stairs. The new room contains 29 mannequins, 14 large display cases and 6 weapon plaques. The only changes to the actual Severin Manor is the addition of the door so it is safe to use this mod with your items in storage.
This obviously requires the Dragonborn DLC to access.
