This Script Dragon ASI file is adding voice recognition to Skyrim out of the box. It is only 64kb big and is using native Windows SAPI. No third party tool besides Script dragon is necessary to run the voice recoginition. But it is a beta version. Please try it out and give feedback. For me it is working fine. I will add more features in future.

What does it do?

If you have installed latest script dragon version and added both the asi and the xml file to the main skyrim folder, it will run if you begin gaming. I have implemented some commands in this first version:

argus -> equips imperial bow and adds 10 arrows
salvare te ipsum (sinistra/dextera/extremus) -> selects Healings spell if you have learned it before
inflamare (sinistra/dextera/extremus) -> selects Flames spell if you have learned it before
fulgur (sinistra/dextera/extremus) -> selects Sparks spell if you have learned it before
firmare -> quicksave

sinistra -> lefthand
dextera -> righthand
extremus -> both hands

It is tested on my pc (win7 x64, german). If it won´t work on your pc you should change the language of the grammar file. I think it has to be the same as your system is. If you open the xml file with you favourite editor you change the Grammer Language ID. I have added all possibilites in a comment.
