Q: Will this conflict in any way?
A: Depends if you have a mod that changes the Vanilla Bound-Weapon Spells
Q: What Bound-Weapon spells are changed?
A: Bound Bow, Bound Battla Axe, Bound Sword, Bound Dagger (Dragonborn)
Q: Which file do i need to download?
A: Skyrim Plugin only contains the Skyrim Bound Spells, and the Dragonborn only contains the new Bound Dagger. You can download both if you like because each plugin only changes the specified content
