Small Island off coast of Solstheim with a fungus home and crafting areas. Has map-marker and interior works. No distant lod on objects at this time. Dragonborn required.
I made this because I wanted a place to sleep and drop off additional items. There is a fungus home with a bed and chest for storage. It has crafting areas and is a cool place to relax after a day of adventuring.
You may have to disable borders.
Please make sure your grabbing the latest file.
