Obviously requires the Dragonborn DLC.
Quick and dirty fix for the Dragonborn quest "The Gardener of Men"
If Storn doesn't want to read the Black Book during the quest and just hangs there, apply this patch then load a save in which you didn't give him the book yet, and the scene should play flawlessly this time around.
Just thought I'd release this considering there's reports on multiple websites of people encountering this bug.
