Requires Skyrim version 220.127.116.11.8 or higher.
NOT SUPPORTED ON OLDER VERSIONS!!!
A comprehensive bugfixing mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn, the goal of the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch (aka UDBP) is to eventually fix every bug in Dragonborn not officially resolved by the developers to the limits of the Creation Kit and community-developed tools, in one easy-to-install package.
The only requirement after installation is to move Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp to the top of the load order, below the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp, below the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp, and below the Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp in Data Files in the Skyrim launcher (above any other ESP files) so that the UDBP loads as close to first as is practical. This will allow other mods to override its changes so that it doesn't cause problems with them. Use of BOSS is highly recommended since it will position the patch correctly along with your other mods as well.
- Dozens of gameplay, quest, NPC, object, item, text and placement bugs fixed already, and plenty more on the way
- Created by the authors of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch
- No unsafe changes (such as deletions of stock objects)
- Designed to be compatible with as many other mods as possible
For more information (ie the recent changelog, mods that the UDBP replaces) see the UDBP's thread on the official forums here.
Due to the forums' 200 post limit, this thread may be locked, but the last post in each thread will link to the new one, and the link above will be updated from time to time.
This is the best option to report problems or bugs (which should be checked on the USKP's tracker linked there and posted if they currently aren't.)

Loose Scripts in DataScripts
Check for: dragonactorscript.pex and/or mqkilldragonscript.pex. Remove them if present. They are from dragon mods that came as loose files.
DSAMG - Dragon Soul Absorb More Glorious, and Diversified Dragons are known to cause this. Those mods need to be updated with a Dragonborn patch that incorporates the fixes from the UDBP.
Others may be a factor as well.
Note too that the offending mod may have the script packaged inside a BSA. That will need to be handled by that mod's author.
Various animation bugs being reported. Among them, the elevator at Tel Mythrin, Storn being unable to read the book, Miraak not being impaled during the final battle, the Bloodskaal Blade not performing during the quest you use it on, etc. These are all caused by mods which have altered some of the behavior files. Not all of the specifics are known.
For example, it is known that these 3 files affect the Bloodskaal Blade:
