An overpowered spell that blasts the enemy with fire, ice, and shock damage. In addition, it paralyzes the enemy and takes their soul if you have a soul gem available. It is instant cast and no-cost.
Great for those who have already completed the game, and are running through to explore every quest and corner of Skyrim.
Just do a console search: 'help "spell of doom" 0' or find the tome in front of Ferengar Secretfire in Dragonsreach.
