NO MORE WOODCUTTER'S WEALTH
-------------------------------

I don't know if this mod will work if you don't have patch 1.8. Use with lower patch levels at your own risk; I won't be able to help you if something goes wrong.

-------------------------------

Due to the absurd amount of trolls on this website, the comments for this mod are now closed. I may or may not reopen them in the future if this mod breaks with any future patch or is changed in any way. Until then, read the description, read tutorials on the site, and if your game catches or the mod is broken send me a message. I will not answer generic, lazy questions that can be found out elsewhere. Modders are not your personal slaves.

If you are not a troll, please carry on; and thanks for being supportive of modders everywhere by giving proper feedback, comments, and support.

ABOUT THIS MOD
-------------------------------

Have you ever noticed the absurd amount of money you get from woodcutting in Vanilla Skyrim? You can chop at least 720 pieces of firewood in 24 in-game hours, and you get 5 gold per piece of firewood. In other words, 24 hours worth of chopping away at a bunch of logs can net you 3,600 septims. The cost of a week spent at the Inn is 70 septims, and mining - a considerably harder job - pays much less.

Realistic? I don't think so. You're welcome to your own opinion, though.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
-------------------------------

There are three flavours of this mod - 1PP, 2PP, and 3PP. 1PP stands for "1 Per Piece", 2PP stands for "2 Per Piece", and so on. In other words, you are getting 1 septim for 1 piece of firewood with 1PP. You will earn 720 septims for 720 pieces of firewood (which should still take 24 hours to chop, in-game time). If you sell the wood to a General Goods Merchant, you will receive less gold, but will gain Speech skill. Innkeepers and Mill workers pay full price for wood depending on what flavour you have chosen.

1PP = 720
2PP = 1440 for 720
3PP = 2160 for 720
Vanilla = 3600 for 720

I did not include a 4PP version, because the difference is too little from Vanilla in my eyes. I actually didn't want to make a 3PP either, but I felt like that's an okay trade-off for those who don't like Vanilla but are lazier.

From the Comments/Thread

This only reduces the amount of gold you get when you turn the woods in? Not the value of the wood itself?

It shouldn't - I did not edit anything with the prices of vendors or merchants, only values for the "job" - but if anything like that happens, please let me know.
Note: This is the first thing I made with the Creation Kit that is worth posting, so, if something goes wrong, seriously, please let me know.

OTHER MODS
-------------------------------

--> This mod is meant to be used with TheONLYPantha's "Indefinite Woodcutting" (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8849). But you don't need Pantha's mod for this to work. Thanks Pantha. You are a beautiful person.

--> Mods like Xarrian's Requiem (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19281) which increase/decrease how fast time moves will obviously make my math obsolete. Weigh how fast your game time moves and choose your flavour based on that for best results.

KNOWN ISSUES AND CONFLICTS
-------------------------------

--> This mod conflicts with itself. Choose one version: 1PP, 2PP, or 3PP. Do not install them all at once or your game will implode.

--> Anything that edits "JobsWoodValue" will conflict with this mod.
