Instructions:

1) Open up "Generate SEQ file.bat" file in notepad/wordpad
2) Change "E:" to the root drive which has your Skyrim folder in it (NOT THE "MY GAMES" drive!)
3) Change "E:\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim" to your Skyrim folder (The folder which has TESV.exe in it)
4) Save changes
5) Run the .bat
6) Type in your plugin name (including the .esp), like so: "MyPluginName.esp"
7) Press Enter
8) Wait
9) Move .SEQ file to "Data\SEQ"
10) Profit!
