This is a WIP. I don't know how it would look without ELFX and CoT [and all the hi-res textures/meshes]

THIS IS A RESOURCE HOG. for me anyway. If it's a problem, I'd turn off [at the least] advanced indirect lighting, the SFX proxy, and set all quality fields in enbseries.ini to 2
