This new Harry Potter-esque house is the perfect abode for all mages, alchemists and quite a bit for enchanters, with a unique robe set for enchanters and a cool clothes set for illusionists. The house contains a level 15 boss, but does not ever have to be confronted due a gate. the house is well navmeshed and customized to give you new, yet lore friendly player home. The house is located across river between the standing stones and Riverwood. Their are no reported bugs yet, if you find any please report them and if you have any cool mod ideas and I'll see if I can't make it. You have full permission to edit this and repost this mod as you please, just credit me, thank you.
