A small island with a meeting place for the Jarl\'s to pay their taxes to the High King.

This is my first mod that i have made, please could you take a few minutes to check it out.
A small island with a meeting place for the Jarl's to pay their taxes to the High King.
The way there is a unknown and only the dragonborn can find the Mysterious Statue to take him there.
A few miscellaneous items and a large meeting table to seat the paying Jarls.
A tax chest too filled with beautiful gold, which is a reward for the player if he/she finds it.
