Instalation:
Just extract this archive into Your main folder of Skyrim
Make sure Your Downguard LO is 02
and sOys perks are 8D
(You can simple check it and change if nessesary in nexus mod menager)
next lunch skyrim, load Your save and wrote in console [~]
"bat vamp_perks"
