The location is called "Shadir" meaning something like "enlightened forest" in an ancient elvish dialect.
The playerhouse is a save treehouse with an open design and no load doors.
A complete set of crafting tools is available. Short distances, direct access.
Save "no respawn" chests and barrels at usefull positions, a Stendar-Shrine, fireplace.
The house is located in the area of Riverwood and Falkreath at the lakeside.
A friendly place, wind in the pinetrees, chirping birds ...
