Updated to include Cooking & Smithing per request.

Contains the following BAT files

Enchant - Gives you ALL the (Vanilla) enchantmented items (You will need to break these down to learn the spells)

Keys - Gives you 1 of every key in game

Spells - Gives you all vanilla spells (Does not include dev spells)

ingredients - gives you 999 of all alchemical ingredients

Shouts - lets you learn all in game shouts
(Does NOT include the quest shouts learned from the greybeards IE: unrelenting force, whirlwind sprint & Clear skies) as this can break the game

unlock shouts - lets you unlock all the shouts taught to you from the shouts from the shouts bat file.

Perks - unlocks all perk trees

Skills - sets all skills to 100 (the legal way so you level up naturally via XP)

Smithing - Gives you all smithing items

Cooking - 999 of all RAW ingredients


Activation
Drop the bat files into your skyrim main folder (Usually) Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim
activate them via opening the console ingame and typing in bat (file name) without brakcets.
