Starts the quest DA08 - "The Whispering Door" even if Hulda is dead or disabled.
Enter the Bannered Mare and look behind the counter for a Misplaced Letter. Read it, but only once please. You might want to hide it after that so that you can't restart the quest accidentally.
Also available as an optional file for one of my other mods, Ysolda the Innkeeper.
Thanks to h3xx for checking to see if it overrides the level requirement! It does not.
