These patches changes Nuska's Dagi-Raht to balance with Xarrian's Requiem mod.

The first patch is DagiRahtRequiemCompatible.esp and preserves the spirit of the Dagi-Raht. In this patch Dagi-Raht starting skill bonuses are:

+10 Sneak
+5 Lockpicking
+10 Illusion
+5 Destruction
+5 Archery
+5 Light armor

The Dagi-Raht also have 10% faster skill progression in these skills, suffer greatly reduced fall damage due to lives spent dwelling in tall trees and have a 5% bonus to spell power in keeping with being gifted mages. However, as they are a reclusive breed of Khajiit they aren't as practised with lockpicking and will have to invest in at least one perk to be effective.

The second patch is DagiRahtRequiemCompatibleKhajiitStats.esp and this gives the Dagi-Raht the same stats and skill rates etc. as Requiem Khajiit.

Both mods are excellent and highly recommended.

Also note that Nuska is not actively supporting the Dagi-Raht mod at present and as such the mod may be outdated and has not been patched for the most recent Skyrim updates.

Installation:
Install using Nexus Mod Manager or copy the esp into your Skyrim data folder.

Load order should be:
dagi_raht_race.esp
Requiem.esp
DagiRahtRequiemCompatible.esp/DagiRahtRequiemCompatibleKhajiitStats,esp
