I don't like the way the character runs with a 2-handed weapon. It seems unnatural to me. So, I substituted the 1-hand weapon running animations for the 2-hand animations. I think it looks more realistic.
To install, extract the zipped Data flolder to your Skyrim directory. To uninstall, delete the files you installed. (Note: They are all in the data/meshes/actors/character/animations folder.)
