WIC Steel Perk Requirement Patch
Description
By default, all of the WIC hoods are craftable without any smithing perks. This patch will add the Steel Smith perk as a requirement on the crafting and tempering recipes for the WIC steel hoods.
Manual installation
Extract WICSteelSmithingPerkReqPatch1_0.esp to your Data folder and enable the patch from your within whatever utility you prefer to manage your mods from.
Be sure to load this mod after 1nivWICCloaks.esp but before any other mods that might attempt to change crafting or tempering recipes (such as Reproccer.esp)
Nexus Mod Manager Installation
Download via NMM and adjust the load order as required.

Manual Uninstallation
Deactivate WICSteelSmithingPerkReqPatch1_0.esp and delete the file.
Nexus Mod Manager Uninstallation
Deactivate the mod via NMM.
Mod Dependencies
This patch is meant specifically for 1nivWICCloaks.esp from the Winter Is Coming - Cloaks mod. It will not work with either of the other two 1nivWICCloaks esp files.
