Breezehome Basement Single Cell 2 - Hearthfire : Navmeshes fixed. Please read the long description.

I think a lot of you have receive a ctd when you go in Breezehome when the basement and Hearthfire are installed.
So, with the permission of Demorus (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17554), I fixed the navmeshes. Now, you can go in and out without ctd.
You can also buy the child's room or the alchemy lab without problem.
The second file is the same basement with some improvements on the ground floor and the first floor.
For the ground floor, I removed one plate with candles but added one light bulb. And I added Odahviing on a shelf.
On the second floor, I added 3 weapon plaques, 5 shield plaques, 1 mannequin, 1 end table and some plates with candles.
It is not necessary to use Breezehome-Hearthfire CTD fix.
The last update version 1.8.151.0.7 and dlc Hearthfire are required !!
