This is just a small mod to the Archery and Stealth perk trees to make them a bit more powerful.
Archery has had Overdraw buffed from 20/40/60/80/100% to 40/80/120/160/200% and the 3 ranks of Critical Shot are now 10/20/30% crit chance with 20/40/60% extra crit damage. This helps bows scale a bit better.
Stealth has been slightly buffed from 20/25/30/35/40% to 10/20/30/40/50% detect chance.
Deadly Aim has been increased from 3x damage to 10x damage and Assassin's Blade from 15x to 30x, just to make sure that if you hit something while sneaking, they should die.
This was made specifically for a sneaky archer character, but it's reasonably balanced.
There shouldn't be any compatibility issues unless you're running something else that modifies these perk trees.
Update: Also added a separate file with extra perk mods for bound bow users.
It gives Mystic Binding (Conjuration) a more powerful bow and a 5 minute summon duration instead of 2 minute.
Also, Quiet Casting now only needs Novice Illusion and an Illusion skill of 20 to get.
