Can\'t be crafted, but can be found in Skytemple Ruins located just north of Winterhold College
This is a 1 handed weapon, base stats are 19 (a little higher than Daedric) & comes with an Absorb health enchantment.
I recommend using 1 Handed weapons on back with this mod
