South of Whiterun behind Pelagia Farm in a Nordic Ruins. It is a large Dungeon it has many rooms and it has alote of loot. There is a none respawning chest just down the the hall after your enter the door on the right side . There is a small lake with a waterfall the lake has salmon in it. This is a Bandit hideout they took over the dungeon, and set up home here. Has all crafting tools.
