Adds a spelltome and spell named "Water Walking Aimed" and "Water Walking" to the leveled spell lists. The spells are of the alteration school and last for 2 minutes. You must be at least apprentice to cast it (skill at 25+). Magicka base cost is 138, with apprentice perk half.
