This mod simply adds a skill book based on a rether nice piece on fannon I read on the Bethesda Lore forums (link: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1429983-the-march-of-the-doom-drum/)

I know it's not something complex but it's the first mod I upload so try not to talk too much crap about it in the comments (if someone comments that is -.-)

Anyway, the name of the book is "March of the Doom Drum" and is a speech skill book.
