Let me present you my first house mod called "Schwarzwacht". Located in the east of Whiterun there is also a Mapmarker!
The house looks quite small but its much bigger inside so dont trust your eyes.

House contains:
All of the labs have their own containers (which dont respawn!) if you want to tidy up everything but its named in german...

House contains
-Alchemy Lab
-Enchantment Lab
-Forge
-Grindstone
-Workbench
-Smelter
-Tanner rack (dunnow the correct word for it i´m sorry)
-Cooking fire

House also contains:
-Mercant for alchemy ingredients
-Bed
-"Sevret room" with all god shrines including Nocturnal
-Much named containers to put your stuff in a tidy way!
