Simple change to enemy search reset time on detection and reset time on being attacked.

Description:
A simple mod that change two variables in gameplay settings.
In vanilla game when an enemy spot you, he stops to search after 10 seconds, and if you attack an enemy and you remain sneaked he will stop to search for you after 15 seconds.
This seems a "bit" unrealistic.
This little mod change timings to 10 minutes.
It's only a little change, so this mod is designed for who don't like overhaul mechanics, but just fine-tuning.
Compatibilty:
It's compatible with everything unless other mods change these values:
fCombatStealthPointRegenDetectedEventWaitTime
fCombatStealthPointRegenAttackedWaitTime
Changes:
-Enemy search reset time on detection now 10 minutes (up from 10 seconds)
-Enemy search reset time on being attacked now 10 minutes (up from 15 seconds)
