Normally I don't post my mods however I keep getting PMs for this patch.
You need the original mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9131 for this to work.
Just overwrite the "female mannequins in homes.esp" if you have issues with the head appearing to be human nord. Check the load order and make sure "female mannequins.esp" is below the "female mannequins in homes.esp" Also you have to move both files down to the bottom if problems persist.
