Goldenring Estate is a fairly large-sized player home northeast of Solitude.As of right now, the only way to get there is to swim. The house includes:
-Enchanting area with respawning cattle to constantly regenerate your soul gems -Alchemy area with one of evey ingredient in the game, plus some potions -Combat area with dummies -Main hall -Large bedroom with three pet dogs -Blacksmith area with all blacksmithing tools
